Is your stuff taking over? Clear the clutter for FREE while you prepare your home for sale.
Thinking of selling your home, but getting overwhelmed with how much stuff you have accumulated? Buyers can easily be turned away when looking at cluttered homes for sale. You certainly wouldn't want them to discount your property as their potential new home because of the amount of your excess stuff. Having a house over filled to the rafters may subtly communicate (or more aptly scream) "lack of storage space", and you certainly don't want any prospective buyers thinking that about the home you want them to purchase.
Preparing to place your house on the market is time-consuming. So where do you put all that clutter if you haven't had the chance to sort through, edit it down, and free up space in your home so that it can put its best foot forward and maximize curb appeal? A rental storage unit is a great solution for temporarily containing all that excess stuff to make your home shine for potential buyers.
To assist my seller clients, I offer them free* rental storage while their home is on the market. Please see below for details.
