2024 BHHS Leading Edge Award

2024 continued to be a busy year for real estate albeit at a slower pace than the previous booming years; but nonetheless, still breaking records for closed prices. This past year, I am again grateful to have helped so many wonderful people in their real estate journeys. They found new houses to call home or said their goodbyes to treasured memories and old addresses. My real estate business relied on thinking outside the box to guide my buyers into their new homes, past multiple offers and sky high price points and interest rates. It wasn’t business as usual and we had to be creative. Every successful closing had happy participants on both sides of the table… a win/win for all parties.

I am so appreciative of each and everyone of my amazing clients that chose me as their real estate expert and also grateful to my clients, family, and friends who have entrusted me with referrals of their family and friends.
