President's Circle
2022 was a busy year for real estate, following in the footsteps of the 2021 and 2020 booming markets. I am grateful to have helped so many wonderful people in their real estate journeys. They found new houses to call home or said their goodbyes to treasured memories and old addresses. My 2022 business relied on thinking outside the box to guide my buyers into their new homes, past multiple offers and sky high price points, and providing assistance for my sellers on the nuances of bidding wars and escalation clauses. It wasn’t business as usual and we had to be creative. Every successful closing had happy participants on both sides of the table… a win/win.
I am honored to be the recipient of the 2022 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National President’s Circle Award for the BHHS Network of Agents. I am proud to be recognized as being in the top 6% nationwide of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Agents. I am so appreciative for each and everyone of my wonderful clients that allowed me to be their trusted real estate advisor. 2022 was a great year for the real estate market and I am looking forward to 2023. It’s a new market now. Let’s make a plan.

Budget Friendly Holiday Decor
This is the time of year that I find seasonal decor items at the local thrift stores and Christmas themed jewelry at church fairs - serving platters, complete dish sets, tree ornaments, and a host of other decorations for your table centerpiece or mantle. Since the prices are so inexpensive, I can use the pieces this year for a specific design trend and then donate them when the season ends. It’s recycling at its best.
