"Good Job" / Maine's Own Chip & Joanna Gaines

How fun it was to discover the Maine Cabin Masters’ new retail shop after an afternoon of home showings up in the greater Augusta area. I was driving through Manchester and remembered that the folks of HGTV’s show Maine Cabin Masters had opened up a speciality retail shop in town. A quick google search found that I was literally 2 minutes from where I had pulled over. The shop “Kennebec Cabin Company” features Maine artists and artisans. There is good food from the KG’s Curbside Grill. Loved the local beef burger and poutine fries as well as the craft beer and fresh oysters in the beer garden.

The whole afternoon was made more enjoyable by the serendipity of the moment of being in the right place at the right time. The parking lot was full of out-of-state license plates with folks hoping to catch a glimpse of Chase, Ashley or Ryan. Nope not at the shop that day but maybe next time.
